Bay Village officials assessing damage after burst water pipe floods City Hall’s first floor

City officials are assessing damage to City Hall after a water pipe burst over Mother’s Day weekend, flooding the first floor and the building’s two basements. Blower fans were still running on Monday, eight days after the flood.
