North Olmsted police report OVI suspect denies swerving, refuses breath test

An officer at 12:38 a.m. on April 29 spotted a Toyota Corolla driving in a zigzag pattern down Lorain Road while jerking the steering wheel and overcorrecting, according to a police report.
