Local martial arts master inducted into Cleveland Martial Arts Hall of Fame

For nearly four decades, Taekwondo has been more than a sport for Grand Master Scott Smith — it has been a source of discipline, confidence and purpose. Now 48, Smith has spent most of his life training, teaching and building a martial arts community that stretches far beyond the walls of his North Ridgeville studio.
