Man steals wine but drinks most of it before leaving store: Mayfield Heights Police Blotter

A shoplifter fled from Target May 4 and was taken into custody by responding officers in a parking garage at the neighboring Gates Mills Place apartments. He was highly intoxicated and kicked at officers as they were detaining him.
