Unwanted bar guest accused of urinating on car: Rocky River Police Blotter

The manager of the Wine Bar on Linda Street phoned the police department at 7 p.m. on March 17 to report that a man in a green shirt and baseball cap was being unruly, using foul language, and urinating on a car in the parking lot. Staff had asked him to leave, but he refused and remained on the patio, according to a police department press release.
