Akron rescue welcomes 15 beagles from Wisconsin breeding and research facility accused of animal mistreatment

The dogs are among roughly 1,500 beagles recently released from Ridglan Farms, a Wisconsin-based dog breeding and research facility at the center of a national animal welfare controversy.
