Drunk driver draws rim-scraping attention to himself: Mayfield Police Blotter

A vehicle was pulled over in front of Heinen’s around 1:30 a.m. April 29 when officers observed it driving on its rims with two flat tires and no headlights illuminated. The driver showed obvious signs of impairment and failed sobriety tests.
