Man walks his way into his own warrant arrest: Highland Heights Police Blotter

A caller said May 3 that a vehicle was stopped in the roadway near the airport with a woman yelling out the window for help. Responding officers found the vehicle traveling slowly and trailing a man who was walking on the tree lawn along the roadway.
