19-year-old accused of intentionally hitting referee with car in Cleveland

A 19-year-old Cleveland man is accused of intentionally striking a referee with his vehicle following a dispute involving his father at the Brookside Reservation. The victim suffered a significant brain injury and remains unconscious.
