Store reports theft of $2,100 worth of cosmetics: North Olmsted Police Blotter

Officers responded on April 14 to Ulta Beauty regarding a felony theft that had occurred the previous evening. A store manager told officers that she was not immediately aware of the theft until she realized multiple items were missing from a shelf she had restocked the day before.
