Caller reports theft of rental car: Lakewood Police Blotter

A woman called the Lakewood Police Department at 6:30 a.m. on April 18 to report her rental car was just stolen by someone wearing all black. The victim said the rental car was a gray Chevrolet Trail Trailblazer with Georgia license plates.
