Greg Dulli on 40 years of Ohio-bred alt-rock act Afghan Whigs: ‘That’s significant’

Its been 40 years since Afghan Whigs formed in Cincinnati, launching a career that encompasses nine studio albums and Modern Rock hits such as "Debonair" and "Honkys Ladder." Frontman Greg Dulli and bassist John Curley remain from the original lineup, and they've taken the band on the road for an anniversary romp this spring, along with music from a new album due out in August. Afghan Whigs plays Tuesday, May 5, at the House of Blues in Cleveland.
