Two teens taken into custody after stealing from cars in Highland Heights

A woman reported at 10:10 p.m. April 15 that her dog’s barking alerted her to two people rummaging through her vehicle in her driveway on Rose Boulevard. Officers searched the area and found two 16-year-old Mayfield Heights boys on Barkston Drive.
