Westlake, Bay Village police use drones, pepper balls to apprehend suspect

An employee of a Westlake hotel called the police at 12:30 a.m. on April 14 to report an argument in the parking lot in which a man broke a woman’s car window and pointed a gun at the woman and her adult sons, according to the police.
