Amy Acton pitches ‘Affordability Plan’ for Ohioans, but won’t say how she’d pay for it

Democrat Amy Acton has unveiled several policy proposals aimed at making life more affordable for Ohioans that she'd pursue if elected governor, but won’t say exactly what they’ll cost, or how she would pay for them. While some could top $1 billion, others call for moves likely to cost little or no money.
