What should Ohio Turnpike do about truckers who’ve ducked out on millions of dollars in tolls? Editorial Board Roundtable

Surely, intensified enforcement could also help defeat toll cheating on the Ohio Turnpike — such as real-time alerts of nonpayers to law enforcement staking out turnpike tolling areas or by adding “cheating” checks at truckers’ weigh stations.
