Whirlpool to open Perrysburg plant, investing $60M and adding up to 150 jobs

Appliance manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. will repurpose a factory site in Perrysburg to manufacture washer and dryer components. The site will be Whirlpool's eleventh U.S. factory.
