Lawmakers pitch complete rollback of online, cellphone sports gambling

Three GOP lawmakers, citing health consequences of gambling addiction, unveiled a plan that would allow sports betting only in casinos, and bar use of cellphones for placing bets or use of credit cards to pay for them.
