Driver struck in suspected OVI crash follows suspect until police make arrest: North Olmsted Police Blotter

A driver phoned the North Olmsted Police Department at 3:27 p.m. on March 18 to report he was the victim in a hit-skip crash on Brookpark Road near Great Northern Boulevard, and he was following the suspect westbound on Lorain Road.
