Avon Lake Police Department add new K9 officer

The Avon Lake Police Department (ALPD) has a new member – of the four-legged variety. Crisis K9 Ruby has officially joined the ALPD and her handler, Detective Robert Walborn, recently completed the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy’s (OPOTA) inaugural Crisis K9 certification class.
