Cleveland lakefront development - make iconic I-X Center Ferris wheel part of the plan: Letter to the Editor

I had an opportunity to ride on this quintessentially Cleveland Ferris wheel many years ago. And I would love to ride it again. With the Cleveland skyline in the background, it would truly be a recognized local landmark, and leave wonderful memories for Ohioans, and visitors, writes Demarice Jackson of Cleveland in a letter to the editor.
