Beachwood teaming with school board, CCPL on plans for new library branch

Beachwood City Council and the Beachwood Board of Education gave their approvals Monday night to a memorandum of understanding that will have the two entities teaming with the Cuyahoga County Public Library on construction of a new Beachwood library branch being planned for the Fairmount School property.
