Suspect surrenders in ‘senseless’ Akron shooting of mom, 12-year-old

Brandon Casto surrendered to authorities in Meigs County after authorities say he shot and killed 47-year-old Tania Mangual and her 12-year-old son Jericho Mangual Saturday in Akron.
