Intoxicated man with caged dog in trunk arrested after crashing SUV inside car wash in Brook Park

Police arrested a Maple Heights man March 5 after he crashed a Tesla sport-utility vehicle into a concrete pillar and then passed out inside Brook Park Laser Wash.
