Ceremony held to officially open Beachwood’s new Hilltop Elementary School building

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in Beachwood on Tuesday to officially open the new Hilltop Elementary School building. The ceremony came just three months after the new Bryden Elementary School building was opened.
