Attorney for New Song Church property: The House of Restoration was informed about sale

The owner of the New Song Church Assembly of God property at 4799 Lander Road in Orange, through its attorney, claims that it did inform The House of Restoration last fall that the property was being put up for sale and that the church failed to exercise its option to purchase the property when given the opportunity.
