New Russia trustees reject 622-acre industrial rezoning for Lorain County mega site

Plans for a major industrial development near the Lorain County Regional Airport hit a significant wall Tuesday when the New Russia Township Board of Trustees shot down an application to rezone more than 600 acres of agricultural and residential land.
