Cleveland St. Patrick’s Day parade is still on despite cold, wind and snow

Cleveland’s St. Patrick’s Day parade will go on as scheduled at 1:04 p.m. Tuesday, with bitter cold, gusty winds and snow showers expected across Northeast Ohio.
