Downtown Cleveland sinkhole damage could take weeks to repair, city says

City crews are now racing to repair damaged underground utilities at West St. Clair Avenue and West 3rd Street, where the roadway collapsed Sunday morning near the Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland.
