South Euclid City Council approves conditional use permit for Trebisky townhome development

South Euclid City Council gave unanimous approval to legislation allowing a conditional use permit for a planned 32-unit townhome development off Trebisky Road. The permit is dependent upon Sommers Development meeting 12 conditions. A final site plan for the project has yet to be drawn up for council approval.
