Driver found walking on the highway after leaving crash scene: North Ridgeville police blotter

Police were called for a report of a woman walking on the highway on Feb. 17. An abandoned, wrecked car was found in the area. The woman was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, failure to control, and failure to stop after an accident.
