An Ohio suburb approved a data center; Now a gas plant is going up next to the elementary school

Hilliard residents say a 2025 state law stripped away their local control, allowing a fuel cell power plant to be fast-tracked near a residential neighborhood. They warn it will happen elsewhere as data centers grow.
