Man educated on gun safety after seen walking with rifle: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

Officers responded to the Dorchester apartments at 1:49 a.m. Feb. 28 after receiving a 911 hang-up call. While searching for anybody in distress, they came upon a man in a hallway with a rifle pointed down at his side.
