Driver, passengers arrested during early morning OVI stop: Lakewood Police Blotter

An officer at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 15 stopped a car on Detroit near Bonnieview and arrested the male driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Two other men in the car were also facing criminal charges.
