Ranked choice voting ban passes Ohio legislature: Capitol Letter

Gov. Mike DeWine must now decide whether to sign or veto a ban on ranked choice voting, which lets voters rank candidates in order of preference. The Senate gave final approval to the ban on Wednesday.
