Woman scammed out of $4,590 after fraudster convinces her to wire him money: North Olmsted Police Blotter

A resident on Feb. 5 reported she had been defrauded of $4,590 after responding to a message on a social media app. The woman received a Facebook message saying she had been charged for an adult website, and she needed to call a provided phone number if she wanted to dispute the charge.
