University Hts. residents show up at council meeting asking to keep city’s eliminated composting program

University Heights residents asked at Tuesday's council meeting that Mayor Michele Weiss keep the Rust Belt Riders composting program, which she has said will be ended on March 31. Also at the meeting, council approved street resurfacing projects for 2026, and hired a firm to help it gain funding for planned new police and fire stations.
