Regulations for low speed vehicles imminent for Avon Lake

Imagine if you will, a town with golf carts running wild throughout the city streets. Well, that’s exactly what prompted Avon Lake City Councilman Dave Kos to begin work in his Public Safety and Health Committee to put together proactive regulation to address the concern.
