Man insists he has a child with former girlfriend; she says there is no child: Cleveland Hts.

Cleveland Heights police arrested a drunk man who is accused of stealing alcohol from a CVS store. The man was found at a bus stop drinking vodka, but said he found the beverages on the bus stop bench.
