Ex-FirstEnergy attorney says utility paid Randazzo ‘to do nothing’

A former FirstEnergy attorney says he raised internal red flags about a $2.1 million consulting contract with Sam Randazzo in the years leading up to Randazzo becoming the chairman of the Ohio's utility regulatory arm.
