Driver gets stuck in the snow, charged with OVI: Olmsted Township police blotter

An officer observed a vehicle stuck in the snow near a driveway on Usher Road on Jan. 30 around 10 pm. While assisting the passenger, who fell in the snow, the operator was found to be under the influence and was cited for OVI, super BAC, and failure to control.
