Woman adds to her list of warrants with third theft from Kohl’s: Highland Heights Police Blotter

Kohl’s loss prevention reported Jan. 31 that a known shoplifter had stolen from the store the previous night. They said that she concealed an estimated $694 worth of cosmetics in her purse and was able to leave without being caught.
