Toronto woman found guilty of manslaughter in death of 96-year-old mother, elder abuse

Justice Jane Kelly stated that 73-year-old Eva Samonas, the primary caregiver for 96-year-old Vasiliki Atanasovksi, had a legal duty to her mother that she failed to perform.
