Ukrainian Drones Hit Russian Black Sea Oil Hub For Second Time In 4 Days

Russia's key oil export hub on the Black Sea, the Tuapse refinery, was burning early on April 20 in what a local governor called a "massive" Ukrainian drone attack. One person was reportedly killed in a barrage that landed hours after flames were extinguished from a previous Ukrainian air attack.
