Steve Krug is bringing his usability workshop Don't Make Me Think: Learn to Think Like a Usability Expert in Eight Hours or Less to London on the 5th September! If you have not heard of Steve he's the thinking mans Jacob Neilsen and wrote the most excellent book "Don't Make Me Think" which is a must read if you build websites for a living, design interfaces of any sort or try to communicate with customers in any shape or form.
