The Bug - digital radio

Whoops. Impulse purchase last night on the way home. Can't afford it and I don't care! The Bug is a digital radio which means that it picks up the new digital radio broadcasts - including a test channel with wood pigeons and rooks in a wood - very atmospheric! Of course I use it to listen to XFM. the sound quality is superb as are the very useful two alarm settings and the ability to pre-set 10 stations. Overall the controls are a doddle to use once you understand the basics - though having to press a button for over 3 seconds to turn it off is a week point. The best and probably unique feature is the playback function. You can wind back a live broadcast to listen to a track again or a vital piece of information such as a telephone number, or pause the live broadcast for a moment while you answer the phone and then continue. The display shows you haw far you are behind the live broadcast. And you can record a broadcast onto an SD card... At digital quality! The Bug is brilliant and I have one!
