"textContent": "{loading=\"eager\" fetchpriority=\"high\"}\nI switched this site to 11ty after many years of using different cms's with mysql databases, the best of the bunch was Craft, and the last one using a flat file database Kirby which I still think it is brilliant and would still be using it if I had not discovered 11ty.\n\n11ty runs on Javascript, which I have never been a fan of but it just works so well and is so extensible. There is a learning curve, as with anything of course, but there is also a great community helping each other just like back in the early 2000's - it has that pioneer vibe.\n\nI have written several pieces about 11ty as an archive for myself so I can go back and understand what I did, though often not why, and hopefully they will help and encourage other people to give 11ty a go.",
