This appealed to me greatly as I am a strong proponent of what I like to call rational gaming, where rations matter a lot (find my dungeon meshi blogpost about hirelings being more likely to not abandon you if you pay for good rations). Here is a random street food generator for troika, assume a meal costs 3 pence on a good day, 5 pence when on a bad day."
