Noah Coughlan’s fifth and last cross-country run ends Sunday in Newport with a dip in Pacific Ocean

Coughlan’s first cross-country trip was in 2011 when he traversed eight southern U.S. states in 132 days to bring attention to rare diseases afflicting two friends.
