2026 seasons established for Oregon summer salmon, halibut and game birds

The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission announces 2026 seasons for summer offshore salmon in nearshore state waters, coastwide halibut fishing, fall hunting seasons for upland game birds, ducks, and geese, and permanent summer rules for weekend use of state-owned Sauvie Island beaches along the Columbia River.
